For issues that can’t be fixed remotely or for the installation or configuration of new hardware, we have engineers stationed in Roscommon, Athlone, Leitrim, Galway and Dublin ready to conduct on-site visits.
We understand how frustrating downtime can be, so we aim to have support on-site within four hours for server or network issues and eight hours for desktop issues.
For planned projects, we can dispatch one or more engineers for a minimum of a ½ day to complete the required work, whether it’s in-depth support, server admin or a start-up or roll-out. To minimise company downtime, we can even arrange for the work to be completed out of hours.
Our semi-permanent support option stations an engineer on-site for a minimum of 2 days per week to work through required installations, upgrades or maintenance, or to be present for general IT support.
For clients requiring presence 5 days per week, our permanent on-site support resource assigns an engineer to your office full-time to complete pre-set tasks or provide general day to day support and management, acting as your own in-house IT department.
Clients who choose our semi-permanent and permanent on-site support resource service can rest assured that their on-site engineer is supported by a wider team, on hand to help with more complex issues or to provide cover when the on-site engineer is on leave.
