We are also hardware and software sales and support experts and handle Windows and Linux.

As a client, you will benefit from our proactive preventative maintenance, unlimited help desk support and advice, and on-site call-outs, if required. We will cater to your project with one-off visits, or semi-permanent and permanent on-site support.

The myITdepartment team has grown to 25 dedicated staff members stationed all over the country.  Our team cut through the jargon to give you hands-on help however you need it.

Seamus Quinn


When Seamus founded myITdepartment in 2003, he was delivering technical support service to clients full-time. Now, he balances providing IT consultancy and focusing on business strategy.

Billy Donnellan

Managing Director

Having joined myITdepartment in 2010, Billy was given the role of Operations Director in 2012 to oversee rapid growth in the business. He was appointed as Managing Director in 2017 following a further expansion of the support staff.


Technical Director

Fiachra began life at myITdepartment as a Desktop Support Engineer, he now leads a team of 16 engineers stationed across Ireland. He also oversees the company’s technical strategy and handles 3rd level escalation issues.


Service Delivery Director

Damian has been with myITdepartment since 2012, when he joined as a Helpdesk Support Technician. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring that every client receives an impeccable service.
